These Affiliate Program Terms apply to the Forever Stamps affiliate program. By registering as an affiliate, you agree to these terms.
The program is free to join. When you complete affiliate registration, we assign you a unique tracking code and your affiliate account is active. There is no separate approval wait.
You earn commission on orders placed by customers who reach us through your tracking link. From your affiliate account you can generate tracking links for the homepage, a category, a product, or a custom URL.
Tracking uses last-click attribution. If a customer clicks more than one tracking link, the most recently clicked link is the one that counts. The tracking cookie is stored for 1,000 days.
The standard commission rate is 5% of the referred order’s product subtotal. Shipping, tax, and coupon discounts are not part of that subtotal. The amount is calculated from the product subtotal when the order is placed.
Commission is credited when the referred order reaches Processing. Moving the same order to Shipped or Complete does not add another commission. If the order is later Refunded, Reversed, Charged Back, or Voided, the commission for that order is reversed.
Your affiliate account shows four amounts:
Pending — credited commission still inside the 30-day holding period.
Available to Withdraw — credited commission that is at least 30 days old and not reserved by a withdrawal request.
Withdrawal in Progress — amounts you have requested that are not yet paid.
Total Paid — amounts already paid out.
The 30-day holding period starts when the commission is credited (when the referred order reaches Processing).
Affiliate commission is not store credit and is never applied automatically at checkout. If you have available commission, you may choose to apply some or all of it on an order. A coupon and commission may be used on the same order. You may place your own orders while waiting to withdraw.
The minimum withdrawal is $50.00. Payouts are processed manually to the PayPal email or bank account saved on your affiliate profile. Cheque is not supported. Update your payout method to PayPal or bank transfer before requesting a withdrawal.
Submitting a withdrawal request immediately reserves that amount so it cannot be requested again. Paid requests are not deducted a second time. Withdrawals are not sent automatically through the card or PayPal checkout networks.
If you promote Forever Stamps products, you must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in accordance with the FTC Endorsement Guides.
We may disable affiliate accounts that abuse the program, including self-referral fraud or misleading promotion. Disabled accounts stop earning new commission.
